Do you have toilets in the museum?

Unfortunatly no

Are strollers allowed?

For safety reasons, strollers are not allowed. We recommend kangaroo bags or baby carriers without metal frames.

get headphones?

Foreigners who do not understand French are strongly advised to bring their own headphones, or rent one for €1 each. You will be asked to show proof of identity as a deposit.

Is there Wi-Fi and sockets for your computer or phone?

Wi-fi is available (the museum’s visitor network), but the connection is very unreliable. We strongly recommend that you download the application beforehand. No plugs are available.

Can I take pictures?

Photography and filming are permitted for private use. The use of selfie poles, flash and other lighting devices is not permitted.

Is the museum wheelchair-accessible?

The building is a listed 15th century monument. We deplore the fact that no special arrangements have been made for this purpose.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are not allowed.
